Searches on correspondents can be controlled in User Profiles by following the steps below.
Enter the User Profiles program.
Select the User, and click UPDATE.
Select the BROWSE SEARCH tab.
Navigate to the Search Options area.
Select the correspondent you want to either Restrict Searches To or Prevent Searching On.
Click SAVE and EXIT.
