Restrict a user from creating or amending correspondents

This can be enabled/disabled by following the steps below:

  1. Enter the User Profiles program.

  2. Select the User, and click on UPDATE.

  3. Select the AUTHORISATIONS tab.

  4. Navigate to the Miscellaneous area.

  5. Tick or untick the Create/amend names? box.

  6. Click SAVE and EXIT.

Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to User Profiles, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
