The support team will need to perform the restore from online back up test for you and will need to discuss a suitable location/environment to do this within your own system.

There will be multiple variables to consider such as the size of the back ups as well as your current backup processes.
These will be unique to each client so please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
