To make the Proclaim menus and the viewing pane reappear please follow the steps below:
Maximise Proclaim Application.
Open a case and and go to the History Tab.
Select the Doc Reader form the Proclaim Task bar.
Viewing pane should re-appear.
Test it by going out of the case and back in again.
