How to adjust cost grades

In order to change the hourly charge associated with cost grades on each case type, please follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in to Proclaim.

  2. Open the Rate Maintenance program from the Proclaim toolbar.

  3. Make sure that the drop down box in the top left of the window is set to Case Type.

  4. Select the small arrow to the left of the required case type.

  5. Select which cost grade you want to edit.

  6. Select which activity needs to be edited.

  7. Click the Update button.

  8. Edit the number displayed at the bottom of the Rate column.

  9. Click the Save button.

  10. Repeat steps 4 - 9 for any additional cost grades that require updating.

  11. When finished click the Exit button on the bottom right of the window.
