New cost rates can be created by following the steps below.
Enter Rate Maintenance program.
Make sure that the dropdown box in the top left of the window is set to Case Type.
Right click on any of the case types.
Select Add, then Table, and then Create Copy,
Click the arrow to the left of the required Case Type, then select the Grade you want to copy and click OK.
Provide a Code and Description in appropriate fields.
Click ACCEPT.
A new cost rate has now been created. Find out how to make this rate unique.
