To increase your productivity, you can record your chargeable and non-chargeable time in Access Evo, you can use the Legal Time Recording app.
Add the Legal Time Recording app
Open Access Evo.
Click +Add App.
In the Search field, type Legal Time Recording.
Next to Legal Favourite Cases, click Add to Evo.
Click Close.
Add a timer
You can create timers and post these directly from Access Evo to Proclaim. When you add a new timer, it starts running immediately. To add a timer, follow the steps below.
Click Add Timer then select one of the following options:
Chargeable
Non chargeable
Enter the following information:
Case | Select the required case for the timer. |
Handler | Specify who's handling the case. By default, this populates with the default values in Proclaim. |
Action Type | Select the relevant action for the timer. For example, an email |
Start Date and Time | The required start date and time. |
Rate | Which rate grade to apply. By default, this populates with the default values in Proclaim. |
Activity | To specify the activity the timer is for, select this field. By default, this populates with the default values in Proclaim. |
Category | Select which category you need to record the timer against. By default, this populates with the default values in Proclaim. |
Units | Enter the required units. |
Value | This value auto-calculates. |
Details | Any extra details you want to add. |
If required, to pause the timer, click the pause button.
If required, to restart the timer, click the start button.
If required, to delete the timer, click the delete button.
To send the timer details to Proclaim click Post then click Confirm.
