In order to remove a user from selection lists please follow the steps below. If you do not have access to the User Profiles program then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
Sign in to Proclaim and open User Profiles.
Select the required user and click UPDATE.
Untick Include User In Selection Lists and click SAVE.
