In order to remove a user from selection lists please follow the steps below. If you do not have access to the User Profiles program then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Sign in to Proclaim and open User Profiles.
Select the required user and click UPDATE.
Untick Include User In Selection Lists and click SAVE.
