Can't print SDLT - no date error

If you get an error for 'Submission' date blank when trying to print, please follow the steps below

Making the field amendable

  1. Open Screen Designer.

  2. Ensure the Conveyancing case type is selected from the case type drop down.

  3. Locate the SDLT overview screen and select.

  4. Click Check out and then Update to open the screen.

  5. Right click the submission date field.

  6. De-select the Display only option.

  7. Save and Commit the changes.

  8. Exit Screen Designer.

Adding the date for submission

  1. Enter Proclaim Desktop and Re-enter the case.

  2. Open the SDLT Overview screen.

  3. Click update and click on the Submission date field.

  4. Add the date and save.

  5. Click Print to resubmit the claim.

  6. You will now be able to Print the SDLT Certificate that is added to the history.
