This course works you through the standard Conveyancing workflow within Proclaim, covering how to progress a case and submit SDLT.

Agenda:

  • Creating a conveyancing case and inputting data

  • Using the Progress Screens to manage the conveyancing case

  • Working with searches

  • Land Registry Business Gateway

  • Adding mortgage lender and account details

  • Recording title information and producing a report to the client

  • Production of the Transfer and Completion Information forms

  • Working with the Leasehold information screens

  • Working with the Completion Diary

  • Online SDLT submissions

  • Land Registry formalities

  • Closing the file

Prerequisites

Prior to taking this course, delegates must have completed the Proclaim User Level 1 course or have a good working knowledge of the Proclaim Desktop.
