This course covers using the standard Proclaim workflow to manage a Personal Injury case including recording damages and managing medical agencies and the A2A portal.

Navigating around the case and inputting data
Using Proclaim to progress the case
Dealing with a litigation friend
Recording details of special damages
Managing medical agencies/experts
