Proclaim Desktop won't Load on sign in

If the Proclaim Desktop won't load during the signing in or if the Maincase Handling disappears when loading Proclaim at the sign in stage, a member of your IT will need to follow the below steps:

  1. Log on to the DB server for Proclaim.

  2. Log into Proclaim as the User.

  3. Tick all the documents and email on the Popup box that will appear.

  4. Press Exit.

  5. The user will be able to log.
