CDS6 Schedule reference incorrect

Check the summary screen to see what the schedule reference is set to, it should be CRM/officeaccno/nn.
Check whether you have had an email from LAA with an updated schedule reference, and follow the steps below:

  1. From the Proclaim menu select Option maintenance.

  2. Select Criminal Matters from the drop down.

  3. Scroll to CDS6 Contract No.

  4. The number after the / will need updating to what the client has advised.

  5. Select the line that needs updating and click Update.

  6. Update the schedule No with the correct number.

  7. Click Save.
