Check the summary screen to see what the schedule reference is set to, it should be CRM/officeaccno/nn.
Check whether you have had an email from LAA with an updated schedule reference, and follow the steps below:
From the Proclaim menu select Option maintenance.
Select Criminal Matters from the drop down.
Scroll to CDS6 Contract No.
The number after the / will need updating to what the client has advised.
Select the line that needs updating and click Update.
Update the schedule No with the correct number.
Click Save.
