Remittance email pulling through wrong name

If the Remittance email is pulling through incorrect details into the subject line, is important to check the following two areas within Accounts Administration:

Practice

  1. Enter the Accounts Administration program and ensure you are on the Practice Tab.

  2. Click on the required Practice from the left hand side check the details of the practice are correct (this is where the email will look to pull through the practice name).

  3. If any changes are required, click Update and make the amendments.

  4. To submit any changes click Save.

System Settings

  1. Enter the Accounts Administration program (if you are not already in the program).

  2. Select the System Settings Tab.

  3. Select the Purchase Ledger sub-tab.

  4. Ensure the email subject has the appropriate text. In order to pull through the practice name it will need to include {Practice.Name}. For example, "Remittance email from {Practice.Name}"

  5. If this is not the case, click Update, make the required changes and click Save.
