To find the flag allowing reconciled items to be reversed, follow the steps below:
Enter the Posting Maintenance Program.
Select the Options Tab.
Within the Reversals section, the 'Items that have been reconciled can be reversed' flag can be located. If required, click Update and tick the tick box next to the option. Then Save and Exit the program.
