The Screen Designer area can be updated for each case type, however this is a Global change and cannot be updated on a user by user basis. To update the Screen Designer Area:
Enter the User Profiles Program.
Select the Default user and click Update.
Locate Screen design area settings at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Select the relevant Case Type and the required Size.
Click Save.
For subsequent case types, Update and repeat steps 4 and 5.
