To determine whether a data template is a CSV (fixed-structure) template, navigate to the main page of Data Template Maintenance. Check the "Template Type" field for the template in question. If it indicates "CSV" or another fixed structure, table fields will not be available for that template.

If you need to include values from tables in a CSV template, you can use a workaround. Create maths fields on the case to calculate or copy the required values into a standard (non-table) field. Once the values are in a standard field, you can include that field in the CSV template. This approach allows you to work around the limitation while maintaining the fixed structure of the template.

When working in Data Template Maintenance, the initial view for field selection may appear empty. This is expected behavior. To select fields, use the button located to the side of the interface to open the field selection menu. From there, you can choose the fields to include in your template.
