Please could you do the following:
→ Empty the Recycle Bin
→ Clear Temporary Files ( Press Win + R, type %temp%, and delete files. )
→ Delete unused files from desktop / downloads folders
→ Clear Microsoft Edge Cache (Open Edge → Click the three dots (•••) → Settings → Privacy, search, and services Choose "Clear browsing data" → Select Cached images and files → Click Clear now. )
→ Compact .OST file:
Step 1:
Go to the Data Files tab
Select your .ost file
Click Settings
Step 2:
Click Advanced
Click Outlook Data File Settings
Click Compact Now
Wait until it finishes (can take several minutes)
Note: Outlook may appear frozen, do not close it
Step 3:
Close Outlook completely and reopen it.
