Everyone whenever you are facing hosted disk space issues, feel free to use this form:

Please could you do the following:
→ Empty the Recycle Bin
→ Clear Temporary Files ( Press Win + R, type %temp%, and delete files. )
→ Delete unused files from desktop / downloads folders
→ Clear Microsoft Edge Cache (Open Edge → Click the three dots (•••) → Settings → Privacy, search, and services Choose "Clear browsing data" → Select Cached images and files → Click Clear now. )

→ Compact .OST file:

Step 1:

  1. Go to the Data Files tab

  2. Select your .ost file

  3. Click Settings

Step 2:

  1. Click Advanced

  2. Click Outlook Data File Settings

  3. Click Compact Now

  4. Wait until it finishes (can take several minutes)

Note: Outlook may appear frozen, do not close it

Step 3:

  1. Close Outlook completely and reopen it.
