This error can be caused by one of the following.
Use of 24:00 as time rather than 00:00.
Invalid date format.
Action dates input prior to accident date.
Use of symbols in the 'Other Title' field.
askCUE reference is not in the correct format or has additional spaces in it.
Extra details field not completed when instructed to, ie 'If Other' give details' when the previous field selection was 'Other'.
