If you are receiving an error when working with an A2A Portal case stating it is unable to progress due to "Check Inner Exception,β this means the claim is locked on the Portal.

The resolution is to access the claim via the Portal website and unlock it there. Once this is done, you will be able to continue though Proclaim.
