Sometimes Users will make changes to the Losses screen, at some point after submitting the Stage 2 Settlement Pack and before making a Counter Offer, which is not allowed by the portal. Proclaim will therefore recognise these changes and present the error when attempting to move to the next stage i.e. Counter Offer.

The Losses Screens will need to be adjusted to be exactly how it was when the Stage 2 settlement pack was submitted by following the steps below:
Within the History of the case, locate the document that was submitted when the original Stage 2 submission was made. This document contains the Losses Information.
Re-key or copy and paste the information from the document into the Losses Screen.
Once the Losses Screen is the same as when the Stage 2 Settlement pack was originally submitted, the error will no longer persist.
