Options for the Email Diary Import task server job

Here is an explainer of the options of this job:

​Case No Length - the number of characters your cases references are (e.g. 123456.001 = 10 characters)

​Case No Start Position - where in the email subject the case reference starts, so it its the first thing you'd put 1, if there is a bit of text beforehand then you need to count the character lengths and enter that.

​Recipient - the email address of where the emails are being sent to, usually whatever is set up for the task server.
​
​Subject Delimiter - this is a character you can use to denote the end of the case reference in case you have some
shorter than what is already set. So if you have a subject of "12345.001-Please respond" the delimiter would be the -

​Use Delimiter - switches the above 'subject delimiter' parameter on/off
