FTP Imports not working since a server migration

If the imports worked without issues before the migration, it is possible that the firewall on the new server does not have rules in place as it did on the old server. Please cross reference the old server to the new.

If the same rules are in place from the old to the new server, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article including the directory monitoring job name and images of the rules on the old and new server.
