If the imports worked without issues before the migration, it is possible that the firewall on the new server does not have rules in place as it did on the old server. Please cross reference the old server to the new.

If the same rules are in place from the old to the new server, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
