Auto Email Import Feature Not Working Following A Server Migration

  1. Open Email Maintenance.

  2. Check the File Import Directory pathing, it may be pointing to the old server.

  3. Press update and enter the correct path.

  4. Press save.

If you have any issues with updating the above or this has not fixed the issue then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
