This issue is caused by a large backlog of MIWH updates which are then overloading the resources assigned to the database.

If the Proclaim system is on version 3.4.1.23_20220114.1 or higher then you can add some System Parameters to set the jobs to run in batches rather than trying to tackle the whole list.

These can be added by going into System Parameter Maintenance and adding the following:

Key: MIWH
Code: IterationTableBatchSize
Value: 10000

Key: MIWH
Code: NON-IterationTableBatchSize
Value: 20000

Please note that the values are an example and you can use trial and error to find the values that work best for your system.

Depending on how long this issue has been going on for, or if you're unable to apply the above parameters, it may be necessary to clear down the MIWH bucket and then rebuild the tables as appropriate. To arrange this please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
