A bill has been paid but is still showing as outstanding on the ledger and reports

If a bill is still showing as outstanding even though you have applied an office credit to it then this means something has gone wrong with the allocations in the background when the credit was posted.

You could firstly try to reverse the office credit and then repost it ensuring you select the outstanding bill.
​
If this still does not work then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
