User History can be added to any users toolbar as the information cannot edited as its only read-only.
To add user history to a users tool bar check what toolbar the users has by:
Going to User profiles.
Look for the username and check the toolbar column once you have the toolbar name.
Go to Toolbar details.
Select Toolbar.
Select Update.
Select the toolbar name the user has been assigned.
Search for User history.
Press 'user history' so its highlighted.
Then press the right arrow key and press save.
Make sure the user signs out and back in for the user history to appear for the user.
