Action Screens
To improve performance when running actions within a matter user drop down lists which are Record Against and Diary For have been trimmed. These will now show the Current case Handler, the user logged in and an option to Select another Handler.
When a user clicks on Select another Handler they will be able to select any user from the list.
Task Lists
To improve performance when logging into Proclaim and using Tasks, user drop down lists have been trimmed. These can be found when creating, actioning and rescheduling a task. These will now show the Current case Handler, the user logged in and an option to Select another User.
List trimming has also been added to the main task list. This allows users to search the main task list more efficiently.
