User Locked Task

If a user has indeed locked a task is to ask the user in question to reschedule the task, it can be for the same day as that won't have an impact on the result of this.

If you then refresh the task list and are able to action the task then there are no further issues, however if you cannot do that or if this re-occurs multiple times then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
