Enable reminders for tasks

This is enabled in the User Profiles program.

  1. Open User Profiles

  2. Select the User you would like to amend

  3. Go to the Task Diary tab

  4. There is a section labelled Pop Ups and there are two options:

    1. Minutes before task time - this sets how long before the task is due that the reminder will appear

    2. Scan tasks every minutes - how often the User's task list will be checked for due tasks

  5. Press Update, enter the desired settings, then press Save

  6. The User will pick up the changes on their next login
