When using secure docs, you cannot re-use the email URL not even resend from history, it will prompt the above error. However you can send the main secure docs link if some time has passed since the original email URL has been sent to the client.
If you have done the above and are still experiencing the issue, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
