Search for cases with a certain criteria

Query searches are great for finding a list of cases matching a set of specific criteria.

To run a query search, follow the steps below:

  1. For versions v3.5 or earlier, enter Proclaim Desktop, then from the left click Queries.
    For v4 onwards, click Search and then click Query Search.

  2. From the drop-down, select the Case type.

  3. From the Find phrase drop-down, select the required search criteria.

  4. Tick or untick the Include dead Cases? box as required.

  5. On the right, click SEARCH.
    ​Note: If relevant, answer the question(s) as they are presented.

Tip: To view the results in excel, export the results.
