Query searches are great for finding a list of cases matching a set of specific criteria.

To run a query search, follow the steps below:
For versions v3.5 or earlier, enter Proclaim Desktop, then from the left click Queries.
For v4 onwards, click Search and then click Query Search.From the drop-down, select the Case type.
From the Find phrase drop-down, select the required search criteria.
Tick or untick the Include dead Cases? box as required.
On the right, click SEARCH.

Tip: To view the results in excel, export the results.
