How to tell if the PPO posting has been reconciled

The information doesn't come from the Matter posting as that is the PIO you can find the information by doing the below:

  1. Select Posting Enquiry from the Main menu.

  2. When in the Posting tab put the Date in the blank box above date as the PPO date that was posted, add the type PPO.

  3. Press enter and the transactions will populate, highlight the correct line you want to see.

  4. Select the DETAILS tab at the top this will show the reconciled date at the bottom of the form.
