Open KPI Configuration.
Click on the Graphs button to the left of the screen.
Click Update.
Click on the Graph you are having issues with.
Click on the Data tab.
Set the Decimals to 2.
Click Save.
If you do not have access to KPI Configuration then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
