This is done through the General Postings, the practice can be changed:
From the Main menu go to General Postings.
Select the Practice in the drop down in the header bar where your current default Practice shows.
Once this is changed just continue picking up the transaction type and select NEW.
Put in the matter this should correctly come through and not give any errors if the right practice is selected.
Then do the posting as normal.
