This can be amended when in General Postings the nominal/ fixed fees can be added:
In General Postings, pick SIB and then NEW.
Put the matter number in and then select VIEW WIP & SET NOMINALS.
Click on the Pad and Pen on the right hand side to amend or the plus sign to add.
Put in the Fee earner/ Short code required.
Select SAVE.
Press the Floppy Disk sign to save again.
Press the Floppy Disk sign to save once back in the values screen.
Save via the Floppy Disk icon again on the main screen.
Select POST when you have done all your postings.
