This can be done by adding the Bacs Module onto the Toolbar, you will only have the program Toolbar Details if you have had training for this or you are an Administrator.
This can be done following the below steps:

From the Main Menu Select Toolbar Details.
In the Program section search for an entry called BACS Export , or similar. If one does not exist you will have to select NEW and add an entry as shown below then select SAVE:
Name - BACS Export
System - Accounts
Category - Accounts
Type - Program
Path - select path - select Accounts\BacsExport.r
Icon - Select from drop down list

Once this is created then you will have to add the program onto a user Toolbar:
Select the menu you wish to add the new entry to e.g. Accounts. This will display the existing programs folder on the right.
Select the folder that you want to add it to, e.g. Banking.
Select the UPDATE Button.
Select Bacs Export from the list on the left.
Select the Folder you want to add it to. Use the Arrows to move the item into the list on the right.
When complete select the SAVE button.
Ask Accounts users to Logout and log back in to use the new setting.
