Emails to open in outlook instead of opening in browser

This can be changed so that it stores both html and msg version of the emails in the archive but when double clicking on email opens up in .msg if available. (please note this increases the amount of space used for emails)
& can only for Proclaim 3.4.1.23 onwards). In order to change this follow the steps below:

1. Log into Proclaim.
2. Go into Email Maintenance on the toolbar.
3. Click what you would like the emails to be stored as and save.
4. Test.

If you do not have access to Email maintenance, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
