Setting for unlocking a Bank Reconciliation

There is a setting on the system that can be turned on for unlocking the bank reconciliation, this will need turning on and can be done via the Accounts Administration:

  1. From the Main Menu select the Accounts Administration.

  2. Put in the password (this will be given on the Accounts level 2 training).

  3. Select the SYSTEM SETTINGS tab.

  4. On the Bank Reconciliation tab select UPDATE.

  5. Tick setting 'Statements can be unlocked' to unlock or untick if you no longer require the users to unlock the Bank Reconciliation.

  6. Select SAVE.

N.B This toolbar option will only be available if it is linked to your toolbar options, you may have to contact your administrator.
