You can set up either to send an email or instant message through via Posting Maintenance, please see below steps on how to set it up:
From the Main Menu go into Posting Maintenance.
Select the Posting Type from the top of the screen eg BRO.
Select UPDATE and tick which option you want to receive either Email or Instant Message.
Also select who you wish to receive the notification either the Case Handler/ Case Supervisor or Other.
Put in the System Matrix box where the system looks at for the Fee Earner ID and Supervisor ID (this must also be in the system matrix for the Case Type you are doing the Posting for).
If Fee Earner ID looks at the User Id as well this must have the same Handler ID in the User Profiles and the Handler Maintenance to be able to link these up.
Click SAVE.
