There will be a batch number that is given when next is selected on the Matter Archive after the unprocessed batch message.
If you follow the below steps for checking if a batch exists to delete:
Check in Slip postings on tabs To Post/Un'Auth/ Rejected for the batch number or matter.
Check in General postings for the batch number on the right hand side of the screen in the drafts.
If any of these areas have the batch in then select Delete by highlighting the line.
