Why am I unable to view any screens in a case?

This is usually due to the user not having a high enough security level to view the screens and can be rectified by following the steps below.

  1. Enter the User Profiles program.

  2. Select the User, and click on UPDATE.

  3. Select the MAIN tab.

  4. Navigate to the Login Details area.

  5. Ensure the Security Level is set to 01 as a minimum.

  6. Click SAVE and EXIT.
