The active Proclaim Editor session can be deleted by following the steps below.
Obtain the User No
Enter the User Profiles program.
Locate the user unable to open Maths Editor and take note of their User No.
Click EXIT.
Delete the active Proclaim Editor session
Enter the Extra Details Viewer program.
Select Maths Editor from the ID's dropdown list.
Highlight the required session by locating the User No in the Code column.
Click DELETE.
Click YES to confirm and then EXIT.
