If you are experiencing the 'system.IO.filenotfoundexception' error message when trying to sign in to Proclaim please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Close any open Proclaim login boxes.

  2. Right-click the taskbar and open Task Manager.

  3. Click the Details tab and select and Prowin32 instances.

  4. Click End Task. You should now be able to log in.
