When logging back into Proclaim following a system fault, you may be presented with a Locked Files window. This will happen if you were in the process of amending a document prior to the system fault.
The locked files window gives you the option to recover the document (up until the last point it was saved) and commit it into the Proclaim case by following the steps below:
To un-lock the document, and commit it onto the relevant case, tick the Commit Local Doc option. You will need to do this for each document you wish to commit.
Select EXIT. The login process will then continue.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to recover/ commit the documents, leave the Commit Local Doc option unticked and Exit to continue the log in process.
