If the placeholder option is missing, it is likely that a System Parameter needs adding. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Enter the System Parameter Maintenance Program.
Click on New.
Within the Key field type Secure Doc Signature.
Leave the Code field blank.
Within the Value field type Yes.
Click on Save.
Exit the program.
