Error when loading Proclaim This version of PROGRESS requires a start-up procedure (495)

This error occurs when the shortcut pinned to the task bar and Windows actually pins the prowin32.exe rather than the Proclaim shortcut.

As the Proclaim shortcut points back to the folder containing the files required for it to successfully launch Proclaim, we would recommend using the desktop shortcut to launch Proclaim.
