Are your fee earners billing for every hour they work?

New Censuswide research reveals legal professionals lose an average of 5 hours per fee earner, per week to admin — time completed but never captured, revenue that slips through the gaps. Sound familiar?

CaseMatters Evo brings case management, document handling, and time recording into one intelligent platform — so your team spends less time on admin and more time on billable work.

Your clients are happy. So why aren't they talking about you?

Our research has uncovered an 'advocacy gap'. Most UK clients are satisfied with their legal experience, but the silent majority simply aren't leaving reviews or recommendations, costing firms valuable referrals.

The 2026 Client Experience Report unpacks why advocacy falls short and what firms can do to change it. Download report >

Sellers are cutting prices. What does that mean for your caseload?

Our latest research across 160+ local authorities shows homes are selling for an average of 22% below asking price… the largest gap in a generation.

We've mapped where pricing pressure is hitting hardest and what it means for conveyancers managing more renegotiations, collapsed chains, and drawn-out deals. Read blog >

Act now - DUAA mandatory requirements as of 19th June

The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA) changes that took effect on Friday, 19 June 2026 introduce critical new mandatory obligations, plus several wider governance updates that law firms (as data controllers) need to action.

This is more than a policy update. It’s a shift in how firms are expected to manage, evidence and respond to data protection concerns.

In her latest article, Rosanna Davenport, Risk and Compliance Associate, provides practical guidance on what you need to action. Read now >

The requirements are live now, so don't delay. As always, if you need any assistance with the above, our Risk & Compliance Consultancy Team are available to provide guidance. Simply email [email protected].
