The issue is usually on the local machine and not with the hosted desktop. Please ask your I.T. to add the below registry entry on the users local machine:
HKEY_CURRENTUSER/Software/Microsoft/TerminalServerClient of DWORD type, named RDGClientTransport, with a value of 1.
Reboot the machine and try again.
Other fixes that have been noted are downgrading the machine from Windows 11 to Windows 10.
