The following steps can be taken to update the relevant slip transaction so it can be authorised pending investigation into the cause:
Identify relevant slip in Slip Postings.
Open Database Query
Select Proclaim / slip Trans table.
Enter query ctransactiontype = "SIB". (if sib slip).
Select relevant entry and tab to cNextAuthUser field and enter the authorisers required.
Continue to tab to iAuthPos and enter level required e.g.1.
Check transaction in Slip Postings and Auth level and Next Authorise should now be populated.
Slip will now be available for users to Authorise.
